Common Issues

Try these quick steps before you call. You might be back up in minutes.

I can't log in or forgot my password.
Try the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. If you're completely locked out of Windows or your email account, call us at 503-878-7000 and we'll get you back in quickly.
My computer is running really slowly.
A full restart fixes this more often than you'd think. Close everything and restart (don't just sleep/wake). If it's still sluggish after a fresh start, open a ticket and we'll take a look.
The printer isn't working.
Check that the printer is powered on and connected to the network (or USB). Restart both the printer and your computer. If others can print but you can't, let us know. It's likely a driver or settings issue we can fix remotely in a few minutes.
I can't send or receive email.
First, check that your internet is working by opening a website. Then try closing and reopening Outlook or your mail app. If the problem is affecting your whole office or has been going on for more than 15 minutes, call us right away.
I need to set up a new computer or move my files.
Open a ticket with your name, what kind of device it is, and a quick description of what you need. We'll schedule a time that works for you, usually same day or next morning for current customers.
I accidentally deleted something important.
Don't panic. We run regular backups. Call us as soon as you realize it's missing. The sooner you call, the better your chances of a full recovery. Don't save anything new to that drive or folder in the meantime.
